This Statement applies to the electronic trading platform (including any applicable mobile applications and websites used to access it) (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by Primax and shall be deemed part of the User Agreement between the User and the Company. All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Service Agreement.
By joining or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you fully understand the risks associated with transactions involving Digital Assets or the use of the Platform. You agree and acknowledge that you bear sole responsibility for determining the nature, potential value, suitability, and appropriateness of these risks for yourself. The User agrees that no governmental guarantees exist. The Company does not provide advice or recommendations regarding any Digital Asset, including the suitability or appropriateness of any Digital Asset or related investment strategies. You agree and acknowledge that you access and use the Platform and the Website at your own risk.
The Platform and the Website, including all content, functionality, and any related services, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis at the User’s sole risk and without any representations or warranties. We do not guarantee that the Website and all parts of the Platform will be available to the User at all times.
We reserve the right to block or disable the use of the Website on devices if the security features designed by the operating system or the manufacturer of such a device on which the Website is installed have been altered at any time (for example, if the device has been “jailbroken”). Accordingly, we do not guarantee the functionality or operation of the Platform on devices that have been modified in this manner, or on outdated devices that no longer meet the technical requirements for using the Website or accessing the Platform.
We disclaim any liability for losses or damages caused by transmission errors, technical malfunctions, breakdowns, interruptions, or unlawful interference in transmission networks, the User’s IT systems/computers, or those of any third party (including publicly available systems).
1. Investing in Digital Assets involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. A User should not engage in transactions involving Digital Assets if they seek regular or low-risk returns on their invested capital. Unlike traditional investment products, Digital Assets generally do not have any underlying or intrinsic asset value on which their price is based.
2. Trading Digital Assets is largely speculative and involves significant risk. There are practically no fundamental pricing bases for Digital Assets, which may be subject to irrational and uncontrollable market forces. Whether the price of a Digital Asset will rise or fall in the future is unpredictable and purely speculative. There is also a risk that a Digital Asset may have no value whatsoever. Therefore, trading Digital Assets is conducted entirely at the User’s own risk.
3. The value of Digital Assets is extremely volatile and may fluctuate significantly compared to Fiat currencies or traditional investment products. As a result, market conditions may change drastically within a very short period of time. Furthermore, the value of a Digital Asset may never recover if it loses interest or development. Accordingly, the User risks losing the entire value of their Digital Assets or a substantial portion thereof. Such losses may occur within a very short period of time.
4. The User acknowledges that they must be able to bear the risk of potential losses up to the full amount of their invested capital and beyond, and Users should only invest capital they can afford to lose without affecting their standard of living and proportionate to their income. The User must cease trading Digital Assets if they can no longer afford to do so due to their personal financial situation.
5. The User must ensure that they understand the economic and other risks associated with trading Digital Assets. If necessary, the User should seek advice from professionals.
Prior to opening an Account, it shall be deemed that the User has assessed the relevant risks and confirmed their understanding of the potential risks involved.
